Dee Dee

Haha, wondering whats Dee Dee? Thats the name of my grandma's doggie! I treat it as my own doggie since i'm staying temporarily at grandma's house.

Lol. Sorry! Only have 2 pictures, because most of the pictures of DeeDee are stored in my handphone. It's very difficult to take a picture of him with my camera, since DeeDee is fidgiting almost everytime i want to take a picture of him, and can never stay still, unless he's very tired.

Had NCC Orienteering training today. It was quite fun as we had to carry a haversack filled with 4 bottles(filled with water to the brim) and hold a wooden rifle in our hand to run around the classroom block. Training ended at 5.10, because Mr Tannah asked all the students to leave school at 5.00. (Thanks Mr Tannah!)

Alright, i got to go bathe already.

It has been a long week

Its been a week since i blogged! =/

This week had been a very busy one because i had to stay back almost everyday!
I won't be able to post all the events from Monday up till today ( I have short-term memory) HENCE, i shall post about yesterday and today.

Friday, 25th Aug 2006
Yesterday was a very long day for me, because i woke up at 5.45am and came home at 7.30pm.

Had lessons as usual with the exception of P.E because Mr Lew went for reservice.Coincidentaly, the relief teacher was Mrs Lew ( They are not related, for your info =P ) and she gave us math worksheets to do, however, i think noone did them because we were all chatting away.

After school, all the HCL (Higher Chinese Language, not Hydrochloric acid) students went to Tea Chapter in Chinatown for a tea-making workshop and a talk on Mid-Autumn festival.
It was so fun! We were seated in a very short and cute table with all the tea-making objects on the table.
After a very "interesting" talk on the origins of tea and how to make tea + Mid-Autumn festival talk, we could start making our tea!
It was very fun!

However, at 4.00pm we had to leave and go back to school. =(
The bus was 15min late so we had to wait. But while waiting, we entertained ourselves by chatting!

When we reached school, it was already 5.15. But sadly, fangyi and me still had to change in our NCC uniform for NCC training.
By the time we changed, it was already 5.30 so i only went for 30minutes as i had to go for the Shenyang parents meeting at 6.00pm.
Shenyang meeting ended at 7pm and afterwards headed straight home!

Today, 26th Aug 2006
Woke up at 6.30 today for Science supplementary lesson which was from 8-9.30.
But, i was so tired that i went back to sleep until 7.10.
When i dragged myself out of bed at 7.10, quickly went to wash my face and went out.
I reached school at 8.15!
Science supplementary ended at 9.30 and after that yu liang and me went opposite of school to eat breakfast.
Actually, we wanted to go back to school to ask Ms Tan some science questions (as we were hardworking students =X) But, when we reached school Ms Tan was already teaching zhiying, shuling and carrisa so she told us to go look for her next wednesday afternoon.

As it was still early, yu liang and me went to meet jianliang,fangyi,kaisiang,zuoxian and wenjie at a nearby lan shop to play for an hour.


*Next thursday i'm leaving for Shenyang, China for an overseas exchange programme from 1st september to 9th september, but i still haven't pack my clothes!

Boredom makes people do crazy stuff!

I'm so bored!
I wonder what if the 1st alphabet of my name was something else, would it sound funnier? (This idea came from the siaodingdong desiree! =X)

Anyway, Friday's HCL common test was so difficult! I couldn't understand the li2 jie3 wen4 da3! Hope that i at least get a pass!

Yesterday, while Ms Tan was teaching Digestion, some of my classmates kept making noise, and that pissed Ms Tan off. She said that since we were enjoying ourselves and making so much noise, we could continue doing it. She gave us some notes and asked us to read it on our own, without even explaining anything!

So, she sat down at the teacher's table and marked worksheets.
I didn't really know what was happening, so i assumed that she wanted us to read the notes on Digestion. For the next 30 mins, we just sat there quietly. And when the bell rang, Ms Tan just stood up with her things, and walked out.

Today, when she came in, her face was so sulky. She didn't even say a word to us. She wrote on the whiteboard some assignments for us to complete, then told us, "Its so amazing how some students can have 2 chairs, while the teacher doesn't have a chair. I'm going down to the staff room to sit down." She took her things and left.

I was shocked. She didn't even teach anything, and asked us to do the workbook! Although the information coud be found in the textbook, but she should at least teach us something right? How can she just walk out like that?

So, the class was left to do the science theory workbook for the next 2 periods.

I guess Ms Tan was really upset with us. 3 periods of science just wasted like that, when it could have been very informative. T.T

Broadway BENG!

Ok, as i promised in my last post, i will blog on the musical 'Broadway Beng'.

Went to watch 'Broadway Beng' with my family yesterday, at the DBS Arts Centre.
I didn't really enjoy it as much as my parents, because the whole musical was almost in hokkien, and I only understand a little bit. LOL!
Sebestian Tan was the 'Beng' and he was really humourous.
He made lots of singaporean jokes!
There was this joke about 'Indecent KTV's'
When you want to hook up a girl at the KTV, it's just like driving a car, you move from the 1st gear, to the 2nd gear, to the 3rd gear, to the 4th gear and finally to the 5th gear and SPEED off!
1st step, you will walk into a dark room.
Next, an ugly mamasan will walk into the room. Trailing behind that old and ugly mamasan will be girls which have number tags on their waist.
2nd step, you will use your feeling to choose a girl that you want(just like betting on a horse at Turf Club) because it is very dark and you can't really see if the girl is beautiful or not. The girl will sit beside you on the sofa.
3rd step, get into a conversation with the girl.
4th step, eat real 'peanuts' (If you are dirty enough, you will get what I'm trying to say! Wahahaha!)
5th step, Chiong ahh!!!

OK, there you have it. Now you know what happens inside a Indecent KTV!
Theres a science test on Tuesday, and I need to go study already.

Wnt to watch the New Caledonia Fireworks yesterday!
Planned to meet Desiree and her 2e4 gang there,
however i was late, so could not squeeze my way to their location!
Anyways, I still found a spot to watch the spectacular fireworks!
It was the nicest i have seen!
Compared to Italy's and Singapore's fireworks.
